Price and payment

1. It is a prerequisite for membership of the organization that you register for payment via payment card approved by the organization and its suppliers.

2. the organization uses IPP Europe ApS, which is approved for all transactions. All transactions are processed encrypted, no card data is therefore visible.

2. Continuous/automatic draw

1. In the case of ongoing/automatic withdrawal, in connection with your first payment, you must approve that the organization may in future withdraw payments from your payment card until you either change your membership or sign out of the organization.

2. The amount you must pay for the membership of the organization is automatically deducted via your payment card.

3. You can receive an e-mail / text message no later than 10 days before each payment, which tells you how much you have to pay.

4. In case of ongoing/automatic withdrawals on payment cards, your card information is not stored with the organisation, but with IPP Europe ApS.

5. Before the payment card's expiry date or in the event of changes to the card data, the organization sends a reminder per e-mail about this, and you must then make a quota payment or register with the new payment card.

6. When you have received the new payment card, you must log into the organization's system and correct this.

7. If your payment card is blocked, you yourself are responsible for making a new registration with a new payment card. This is also done at the organisation's Culmas Aps as described above.

3. Right of cancellation

1. As a starting point, there is no right of withdrawal on purchased services such as quotas, team participation, etc. (see possibly "Act on certain consumer agreements § 18 subsection 12") . In special cases, an agreement can be made on refund in case of cancellation with the provider of the service in question.
